WHAT’S YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
My payment policy largely depends what’s required, but generally if its for a project that involves filming and editing, I would require half the payment to be paid to me beforehand via invoice. Then the 2nd payment will be required upon completion of the final edit. Once payment has been made then the video will be delivered to the client.
DO YOU EDIT?
Yes I can self shoot direct, film and edit. So there’s a range of different services that I can offer, which will all be catered to the specific needs of the clients.
CAN I HIRE YOU FOR JUST FILMING?
Yes you can, as videographer I am a camera operator and editor, so I can be hired to do just camera operation both individually or as part of a crew as well as solely editing.
DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN KIT OR DO YOU HIRE?
Yes, I do own a Canon DSLR 5D Mark III, along with a selection of lens, and sound equipment, however anything that I don’t have and would be required for job at hand would be hired in, this includes whichever camera would be most suitable for the job. I pride myself in producing the best possible content for all my clients across the board.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE VIDEO?
Again this really depends on the type of project I’m working on, they can vary significantly from filming a short 2 minute piece to camera style interview to a an hour length documentary. So its impossible to say. I am realistic with my timeframes and will be able to give you and clearer idea of delivery after having spoken in-depth with the client.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes I’m covered for public liability through membership of BECTU (Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph, Theatre and Union), which is the industry’s trade union.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes I’m very flexible and own a car so I can travel to the required destination for the job. There may be an added travel expense charged depending on how far the required location is.
DO YOU WORK WITH A CREW?
Depending on what the client requires, will depend on the size of the crew generally I work solely. However if it’s a job that requires more manpower than I will hire a crew. I work with the best freelancers in the business so your guaranteed to get excellent results.
